Important: We may have missed your support ticket

Notice: On December 17th, one of our website application’s connection to our email servers was severed, meaning that any technical support tickets placed on the aillio support website ([CONTACT - aillio] from then until now never reached us. (Emails sent directly to support@aillio.com were not affected.)

Because we received no notification of this severed link, we only discovered the issue today. And, unfortunately, these mails cannot be recovered. So everyone who has created a ticket on our website without receiving a response should create a new one.

In other words, if you created a ticket with us and didn’t receive a reply, this is why. (We respond to ALL emails we receive!) We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have since fixed the issue and everything should work normally now.
