Last week I did a deep clean, carefully did the steps from the aillio guide. But now there is this weird loud sound, that doesn’t sound good… Where is it from and what can I do about it?

It does not look mounted properly. The pulley in the back seems off, but the biggest problem is in the front, where it seems your shaft, where the bearings are, is a bit wobly and sagging. The drum is not spinning and do not try it anymore because you could ruin it. When you put the faceplate back on, you need to raise the shaft a bit so it can fit. Please go through this again and, once the drum is raised where it should be, try again. When you press on the shaft, or the metal button if you want. on the faceplate, does your drum bounce back? My eyes could deceive me, but I think that’s the problem. Incorrectly mounted faceplate and a sagging drum.
