I see you have only 3 roasts in your profile. Is that a new Bullet? If it is new, have you seasoned the drum? If you haven’t, the IBTS readings might be off.

No. In that case you should clean your sensor and see if it helps. Also, are you sure you’re hearing the first crack correctly? Your roasts seem OK, and the yellowing is in the range, although maybe slightly high. To go into first crack 10°C after yellowing is out of the ordinary. Please make sure that you’re hearing it correctly too.

It is a bit difficult to distinguish between the sound of hitting glass and the sound of cracking.

You could raise the silicone plug on top just a little bit and listen there, but be very careful not to touch the roaster with your face and burn yourself. And there’s also a whole thread about it here.
