I bought secondhand Bullet from a contact. Kindly check the video https://youtube.com/shorts/Xi2isH9u8eI?feature=share . It makes such a weird noise when it is at OFF mode. Couldn’t find any information at the topics. Sent to support team but will be great if you can share your experiences-comments.
It’s the IBTS fan. It’s normal if you don’t have other issues besides that. Check out these two threads for more info.

Thanks a lot. Do you think fan calibration will help or do i need to replace ibts fan with a new one. I just started to use Bullet , sorry for the ongoing questions
the fan calibration is for the exhaust fan in the back which sucks air through the beans, it is not related to the IBTS fan (which cools the IR sensor)
