Hi everyone! I have a question about preheating power. Is it possible to make PH more than 7. for example 8-9? Because it takes about 5-6 min to preheat from 250c to 310c. (482f to 590f)
I tried a couple of times to do that without success, even putting preheat power in the basic settings of the bullet itself does nothing.
Any suggestions on how to change it?

Hi,
Right now we don’t have the option to change Preheat Power. If you think the Preheat Time is longer than expected, you might want to check out your IBTS Lens. When the IBTS Lens is dirty, The IBTS Temp readings will be lower than usual, making the Bullet appear to Preheat slower.
