I would like to express my deepest frustration for failing to receive customer support from Aillio in Hong Kong/ Taiwan about the V2 induction board upgrade. I had attempted to contact authorised dealer in Hong Kong and Taiwan for over a year regarding the availability of V2 induction board upgrade. However, the response was always the V2 induction upgrade kit unavailable for sale due to shortage of induction board. I have been a loyal customer since the earliest pre-order production since 2015. I hope to receive continuous support for this amazing roaster. I hope @jacob would look into this matter and assist to provide continue product support for customer.
