Why is it so dam hard to order parts in the USA

Ok, this weekend got the error 6864. No problem I’ll order one. I called Sweet Marias because it’s not on their website and their voicemail said hey just send an email so I did. no response. So I went to the Aillio site to pick the items I wanted and USA shipping was not an option. I’m a pretty chill dude but at this point, I’m frustrated that a little cheap-ass fan is a clusterfuck to acquire.

Anyone have a work around this supply chain debacle?

So they have a separate email for bullet support where does one find that email?

If I remember correctly, aillio support directed me there for parts. A google search for “bullet sweet marias support” turns up https://library.sweetmarias.com/aillio-bullet-roaster-information-resource-page/, and that email address is listed there.
